Our founder, Will Steneman, has more than 18 years of experience in the mortgage business.

Will is a graduate of Mt St Joseph's High School and the University of Maryland. Will grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. He has been involved in just about every aspect of wholesaling, retailing, originating and closing mortgages.

As a current resident of Anne Arundel County, Will has relationships of mutual respect with many of the region's REALTORS and other mortgage industry professionals, and is a real part of our community. He understands the trends that affect our daily life.

Will knows the chances are good that he's going to see you strolling the streets of Baltimore or at the Inner Harbor or on the Chesapeake Bay.
